“Very spacious and clean room with many amenities . The front desk are extremely helpful and go an extra mile to make the stay even more comfortable. All the services are impeccable ”

“The hotel is close to the Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. The staffs were very nice and helpful. However, the equipments in the gym are a bit obsolete. It was cold in the hotel room although the heat had been turned to the maximum.”

“I didn't know that there are three different buildings and I was supposed to book back the one I stayed few years ago. Then they arranged the one at The Capital Hotel which the room is not newly renovated, and the heater/air-conditioner is super noisy. I switched it off all the time. ”
