"We recently stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed it! The property is clean, comfortable, well stocked, and has a beautiful Lake Superior shoreline and scenic views. It is within walking distance to the Aerial Lift Bridge and numerous restaurants and stores. We saw a few massive boats coming and going. "Overall this quiet comfortable Hillside Retreat provided just about all I would ask for in a short term rental. I liked the convenient parking steps away from our door, having one and a half bathrooms. My favorite part about this spot was the private sauna. "We came for a friends 40th and went charter fishing on the Superior. Perfect place for our litlr adventure. Close to everything. Place was cute and quaint. The only negative was the shower water pressure. Otherwise excellent pick and place to stay. We would stay again. "

"The condo was beautiful and the views from the windows and long deck were stunning. BUT, not easy for seniors or those with disabilities. Pictures show entering the building right from your parking place, which is true, but they fail to mention the steep curving steps down to the apartment. Yes, the stairs are seen in a dining room picture of the condo, but without an explanation, we assumed they went up to the bedrooms. There was no instruction/info manual like every other vrbo we have stayed...

The description noted that the unit was on the second floor which was fine, but it is not for anyone who is slightly handicapped as there are quite a few steps. "We loved staying at the Dragestil House this weekend. It’s prime location, steps from the Aerial Lift Bridge and Park Point Beach - and lots of good spots for dog-walking.
