"The location of this property is excellent for getting around York. Everything is walking distance. Having car parking is great too. It is advertised as having Wi-Fi but the speeds are below 1Mbps which makes it unusable. We were told it is being upgraded in 2 weeks but in it's current state it is pointless."

Unfortunately heavy rain the night we stayed led to some leaks in property and bubbling drains in early hours of morning which hopefully can be fixed soon. "Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "
