Fun time with family
Property was excellent; loved the pool and all the games and amenities; plenty of parking for our four cars; location was great with easy access to stores, restaurants, etc. Negatives- no easy access to beach; kids who stayed in lower level bedrooms got bites (not sure what they were from but you probably should check for possible bedbugs)

Great house
This is a great house, great location, comfortable, with a new kitchen and great pool yard. Everything you could need for a great vacation. I would give it a 5 but it wasn’t clean. That was a big disappointment for us. Being pre season I wouldn’t have expected that. We could have complained but we didn’t.

Very Satisfied
The downstairs was large and perfect for the 5 17yr old boys. The pool is beautiful and the house is SUPER close to the beach. Spacious upstairs and the glass porch was a perfect place for me to work when I needed too. House had everything we needed for our large group. The 5 moms stayed upstairs and boys hug out primary downstairs. Large enough space for all of bus to eat in the kitchen/living room and porch. Hot tub was nice and all of the out door seating was great. Love that they have a basketball hoop since the boys alway utilize it. Several close restaurants RunDown, Black Pelican (0.7) and Arts (0.7). Highly recommend the property and would stay there again.
