Nestled in the quiet suburbs, right outside of beautiful Galt you will find this gorgeous, spacious, fully equipped, new build, detached home, ready to accommodate any type of guests. Whether you are vacationing, coming into town for business or a student looking for a place to stay, this beautiful home is for you. With plenty of privacy, ample parking space and a huge kitchen you can make yourself right at home.

This is a shared accommodation, it offers two living rooms, a full kitchen with dining area, a laundry room, a powder room a shared bathroom.
Your room is on the second floor, it is a private room with a shared bath, a working area and a closet.
Enjoy the beautiful open view from your bedroom with lots of natural light.
Enjoy a lovely walk on the trail right behind the house.
The shared spaces include both living rooms, kitchen, dining area, powder room, laundry room and shared upstairs bathroom.
There is a two car driveway.
