"チェックイン時に既にエアコンを適温でセットしていてくれて嬉しかったです。室内も綺麗で掲示物も見易く親切でした。６人家族でも余裕なテーブルが大きく椅子もたくさんあって助かりました。部屋がサウナ付きで最高です。そして屋根裏で寝れる、なんか秘密基地感があって童心に還ることができました！ 価格もリーズナブルでオススメできます。駐車スペースもあるのが良い。周辺施設が繁華街より離れているのが少し残念ではありますが、総合的に見ても星５です！"

"素敵な建物でファミリーとワンコ一頭で楽しめましたが、色々前の方が置いて行ったもの？雑多残してあって、食べ物類は賞味期限が切れてるのかどうかもわからず、もう少し整理されたら良いのに、と思います。 ゴミ袋や紙類なども、沢山あるのは良いのですが、整頓されてないので、あまり気持ち良くありません。ザル(水切り)、延長カード、日本製のお箸、あると良いですね 台所、洗面所など排水も詰まり気味でした。"

"お正月に大人6名＋幼児１名で宿泊しました。広々とした室内で設備が大変素晴らしく、また、隅々まで清潔にメンテナンスされており、とても快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの皆様の心意気が感じられる宿でした。国道から小道を少しはいった所だったので道路が除雪がされるのか少し心配したのですが、お正月でも朝から除雪車が来て道路が除雪されたので、問題ありませんでした。今後の改良点としては、玄関前の駐車場を２台分平らに舗装していただけたら、言うことなしです。ありがとうございました。"

"外国人さん向けに作られてるのかなって感じの施設と説明会でしたが特に問題はなかったです。一歳の子供を連れて行きましたがオモチャがいっぱい置いてあってとても喜んでました。寝室は仕切られてるものだと思ってましたが完全にオープンで、大人ならよかったのですが子供だと寝にくくて困りました。 周りの森でも遊べるし、洞爺湖でも遊べるし、レジャーとしては最高です。子供がもう少し大きくなってBBQまでできたら100点です。(スパイス系大量にありました) 近隣にスーパーなどがないのでちょっと不便でした。もう一度泊まりたいかと言われると特には…ですが、面白い洞爺湖旅行ができました良かったです。"

"The outdoor onsen pool for kids to play is very good. However, we feel disappointed with the food. We had dinner at 6:30 (the last time slot offered by the hotel), at 6:50 some food already running out and no refill. I have visited Japan for many times and never seen this happens before. "It was a traditional Japanese room where you sleep on a futon on a tatami floor. The room was beautiful with a nice sitting balcony room that overlooked the side of the mountain. The only problem was the smell of the dust that gathered on or inside the tatami. We don't know whether this is normal and we just aren't used to sleeping in a tatami room."
