"I like their customer service because they can respond to my messages immediately and solve my problems. The property's outside environment is quite and safe, and walkable to public transportation. Walk from the property to the market is about 10 mintues and 7-11, family mart, and Lawson."

"Good place to stay with a convenient location! Did not spend much time in the room, mostly just here to sleep and clean up. I liked the lofted bed set up, as that left plenty of floor space to open up my luggage. Beware there is no elevator, only a set of very steep and narrow stairs, so large luggage is difficult to carry up. Overall, would stay here again!"

"Location was great, about a 5 min walk to Ueno station and the nearby Ameyoko shopping street. The hotel is a bit more hidden, on a quiet street behind the Apa Hotel. Our room had a kitchenette but was smaller. The ad said a dining table would be included but we only had a desk so it was difficult for our family to eat in the room. The front carpeted foyer smelt a bit like mold. The bathroom and toilet were separate rooms which was handy, and they were clean. Be aware not to switch off the hot...

"Upon arrival, there was no one in the office, nor was there during any time of our stay to let you in. The owner did not give us a code code until I was able to find a payphone get a hold of him and get the code. Not sure why they don’t give you code when you book."
