"The staff was excellent. They were very friendly and competent, meeting all of our needs, including shipping items to different locations in Japan. 7-11 convenience store was next door and Kanda train station was less than a ten-minute walk away. "

"Very convenient location within walking distance from three train stations with a lot of restaurant and izakaya options nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful! Only downsides to note would be the room was a bit dusty and both the bed and pillows were on the firmer side. Other than that, the hotel was amazing and I would recommend staying here!"

"Everything was good with my stay here. The only weird thing is that their entrance is through an elevator ride going down 1 floor. Also didn't like that they have a smoke area inside the lobby as you enter. They do have paid laundry in house so that was really nice. "

"Good location only 5 min walk from 2 stations. The Kayabacho station has an elevator at exit 1 and no escalator up to the street level (3 flights of stairs). There is no elevator or escalator up to street level Hatchobori station (lots of stairs). This is ok for a budget hotel and the room was bigger (16m2) than a lot of other budget hotels in Tokyo. Just don't expect to have much that space on the floor, if you have 2 suitcases. We didn't have breakfast here this time, because last time we...
