Holidays from the first second - just amazing
We had that stunning appartement in the basement. Everything was just wow. So the holidays can start with the first second. The rooms are furnished so lovely and perfectly equipped with all you need and even more. There are so many lovely details. Just find them yourself 😉. There is nothing what you could miss. Even the fridge was well equipped on arrival. What a lovely surprise. We never had that in any other appartement before. There were varieties of coffee and tea and home made Raki and wine. The owners are such a nice family with a hospitality you merely find. 7 stars 🤩 for them. Just go there and enjoy luxurious holidays. The sea is waiting behind the green meadow of the garden. Some restaurants serve nice Greak food. Just relax. Take a car with you for being independent. There are no shops around. We wanted to have a nice and quiet place and found it. Great vacations to everybody going there.

Perfekter Ort um entspannte Ferien zu machen
Wir haben in Nopigia zwei wunderbare Wochen erlebt. Pasithea ist eine ausgesprochen gut eingerichtete Wohnung, die dank der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Strand perfekt für Badeferien und zum Entspannen geeignet ist. Die grosse Rasenfläche vor dem Haus und die Spielgeräte bieten zusätzliche Möglichkeiten für Familien. Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und reinigen die Wohnung mit Sorgfalt jeden dritten Tag, haben immer ein offenes Ohr und helfen gerne weiter bei jeder Art von Anliegen. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen und es gibt nichts, was einem für einen entspannten Urlaub fehlt. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Just got home from a wonderful vacation!!! Every thing was perfect! The house is just like in the pictures and George and his parents are wonderful hosts. The beach from the house is great and felt just like a second home we will definitely come again❤️

Tolle Gastfreundschaft
Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Wohnung im Erdgeschoß verbracht. Wir waren zu Dritt - zwei Erwachsene, ein Jugendlicher. Der wichtigste Eindruck, der uns geblieben ist, ist die ungeheure Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter. Diese wohnen gleich in der Nähe und kümmern sich die ganze Zeit um das Wohlergehen der Gäste. Dies nicht aufdringlich, sondern genau wie es sein sollte. Die Reinigung erfolgt alle drei Tage und ist sehr gründlich - es gab nicht den geringsten Grund zur Beanstandung. Die Haustechnik funktioniert einwandfrei. Es gibt separat zu regelnde Klimageräte (Split) in den beiden Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnzimmer. Das Wifi funktioniert störungsfrei, es gibt einen Repeater in der Wohnung und die Bandbreite ist vollkommen ausreichend. Offenbar ist der Einbau einer Zentralheizung geplant (Installationen sind vorhanden), was künftig sicherlich auch den Aufenthalt im Herbst und Winter ermöglichen wird. Alle Fenster und Türen verfügen über Läden zum Sonnenschutz und zur Verdunkelung, außerdem über integrierte Insektengitter. Es stehen Badeutensilien zur Verfügung (Sonnenschirme, Luftmatratzen, Schwimmhilfen, Spielzeug) und es gibt auch ausreichend Liegen im Garten. Das Haus, sowie der Garten machen einen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Badezimmer ist zweckmäßig, wir hätten uns aber gewünscht, dass Bad und WC getrennt sind und dass es eine Dusche statt einer Badewanne gibt. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Das Meer ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen tatsächlich direkt vor dem Haus. Die Küstenstraße verläuft in geringer Entfernung (es gibt keinerlei Lärmbeeinträchtigung) und somit ist man auch schnell in der näheren Umgebung, wenn man sich entschließt, einen Wagen zu mieten. Das ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen, wir danken den freundlichen Eigentümern für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und würden gerne wieder kommen, wenn es sich einrichten lässt.

Spitotherapy
WE had a wonderful, relaxing time in nopigia. The house is like a home. Lovely, with lots of space, clean, filled fridge, lovely service and so friendly owners! The beach is perfect for children, the Café bar is perfect for parents :-) We already booked our next stay!
