Our group of friends loved our weekend stay at the Lake Home! We were able to park our boat in the driveway and enjoy the day on the lake that isn’t too far of a drive. We enjoyed the large open areas of the home such as the living room and pool table, the fire pit area, and the large kitchen for our big breakfast. Thanks for allowing us to stay & make memories!

The Manor - Family Thanksgiving
We were all very impressed with this property. It was very well kept up and accommodated our entire family that was able to be present (about 18-20) total. We enjoyed walking to the lake. The kids loved the backyard fire pit and yard games. There was plenty of space to cook our Thanksgiving meal and for all to enjoy the football game and dinner. We would definitely enjoy staying here again in the future.

Lake Texoma Weekend
I rented the Manor house as a suprise for my husband's birthday...everything was great about the property and exactly what I was looking for. It is a great rental if you are looking for a nice, quiet place to relax that is just a short drive to the water (literally took us maybe a minute to get to the beach and dock area for or lake toys) Also, the rental property provides kayaks and some nice bikes....overall, just a nice place to stay for our weekend birthday getaway!

Perfect for a big family weekend
The house is well stocked with necessities. Plenty of outdoor games and indoor games were provided too. Two kayaks and bicycles were also there for guests to use. The outdoor grill was brand new! We took the tag off of it! Only issue was showers at nights. And we really didn’t have a problem. It just took a while for everyone to finally get clean and we only had 16 people. We would stay again. **Be aware of fire ants! As long as you don’t step in them there won’t be a problem.

Family Reunion

PERFECT!!
This met all requirements for 23 people. Great location! Not far from beach. You sit outside eat, play games or sit by the fire. Able to do laundry before heading back. One of my favorite places!!

Great place to stay for a large group
We had a large party stay here this past weekend and had a great time! The house was perfect and had everything we needed, lots to do on property and nearby, super clean, the owner is quick to respond as well. We definitely hope to come back in the future. The house comfortably sleeps 30 people, as a heads up if you do sleep in the game room it does get VERY cold at night so just bring extra layers as a lot of us were freezing. Other than that no complaints!

We enjoyed our stay at the Manor and we will more than likely return soon. It’s just a short walk to the lake. We had lots of space in this home it was about 20 of us and we still had room to accommodate more people if needed. The only thing I can complain about would be the bathroom situation. You have three bathrooms however you can only shower/ bath in two of them. The teen boys had their own little game room/ man cave area off to themselves which they really enjoyed.

Great place for Family Get Together
Our multi generational family needed a place with lots of bedrooms & space. House is very modern inside, great kitchen, 2 nice bathrooms with good showers & beautifully done up. Has everything you need. Exactly as shown - it’s long rather than wide. The main bedroom & ensuite were really nice for one adult couple & they used the adjoining space for baby in pak’n play. (Just no curtains) Really great for kids is the large garden & guest house with pool & fuzball table. Communication with owners was super - answered all our questions & even helped locate & send me the earrings I’d left behind which was so kind Things to know - it’s a small community & you need to drive to beach/boat rental/or for food. However nothing is that far even the Casino (useful for washrooms/small store) is 20 minutes. With the heavy rains this year a small beach is 15 mins away as the local one is washed out. Our little kids played very happily. We rented a golf cart (brought to us) which was fun & rented a boat (about 40 mins drive) It could use another bathroom - the one in the guest house is toilet /sink only. The guest house bedroom is a bit makeshift/wall does not go to ceiling/bunk beds stable but rattle ) Overall a really nice house & we loved being there.
