Great location, excellent amenities. Very strict rules in regards to parking. Guests are required to have a guest parking pass. Vacasa stated they would provide this, but never followed through. Despite these inconveniences the condo is very comfortable, and access to the beautiful lake is easy.

My Wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon it is super close to Safeway and kings beach lots of exciting things to do it also has a private beach we had a blast this is a super cozy spot and would recommend 10/10

This is a pretty bare bones place. It's clean and simple and spacious. That's about it.
The location is WONDERFUL. The private beach is spectacular. The swimming pool and grounds are beautiful. It's an easy walk to down town Kings Beach for restaurants and shopping. There are lots of close places to rent paddle boards and kayaks. You won't have to get in your car at all. I love this place.
