Enjoy our quiet and spacious, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, remodeled ground floor condo. Stunning views of the ocean and our neighboring islands, Molokini, Kaho'olawe and Lana'i await you and your family. New Covid safe cleaning procedures and additional guest cleaning/sanitizers provided.

We are located in one of the best buildings in Ekolu - Building 3. Our condo is far from the roads offering a quiet and peaceful setting for your Maui vacation. It also has one of the shortest walks from Ekolu Village to the Shops at Wailea (7 mins) and to the Beaches (~15 mins).

We are constantly updating our condo most recently: fresh paint, keyless entry, new luxury windows, original Hawaiian art, fresh bedding/towels, new dining set, new Bosch dishwasher, new Glass Top Electric stove, new dishware and pots/pans, and a new 65” LCD TV in the living room and new 55" LCDs in Primary and Guest Bedroom.

There is also free WiFi, a Blu-ray DVD player, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas/beach towels, snorkels and goggles for your entertainment

The floor plan is ideal! The two bedrooms and bathrooms are in separate wings affording great privacy. The common space feels expansive with a great room concept combining living, dining and kitchen facing the sprawling ocean views.

The Master Bedroom features a private lanai with an ocean view and a king bed.

The second bedroom has two twin beds that can also convert into a king bed upon request.

For additional guests, there's a very comfy sofa that expands to a queen bed.

Upgraded spa bathrooms! Slab stone vanities, dual sinks in master, high-end fixtures, walk-in travertine stone showers.

There are no stairs to our ground floor condo, which makes for door-to-door convenience. Our unit is just steps away from the parking lot through a tropical garden path.kk

The property location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to Wailea village. Technically we could walk to the beach too but with boogie board and chairs we drove. You get the most relaxing and beautiful view from the lanai- golf course and ocean view

Private full views of ocean from living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom, master bathroom! All the comforts of home, with terrific TVs and very fully equipped kitchen. Wailea Shops, Beach down the hill a short walk. Even closer coffee, Farmers' Market (Tuesday Mornings), golf, restaurants and more. Top it off with Raquel who manages the condo and takes great care of everything. Happily, we will be back next year!

Wanted to some special time to celebrate my granddaughters 21st birthday. The condo was very comfortable for the four of us. Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. This was a great unit with good location in Wailea close to shops and beach. The unit was clean, well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies and nothing missing/broken. Rocky was great with communication ahead of time and while we never needed her during the stay we had all contact information just in case. We had a great stay and would definitely return to this unit.

My family and I stay go to Maui once a year and stay at various condos at Wailea Ekolu. This condo was in a great location with a great view. The only downside was that it needed a little bit of updating and a few extra beach towels. With that being said, I would stay here again! Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Nice property with nice view.
Pros: Property was ready for us when we checked in. View was nice and we could see whales from our porch. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Nice to have washer and dryer in unit. Cons: We had a family on the floor above us. Heard loud pounding through the night. There were no beach towels, so bring your own. The window air conditioner units cycles for about 10 seconds every 2-3 minutes which can be a bit annoying.

Perfect Location in a Well Equipped Condo
Beautiful ocean views from living room/dining area, kitchen, master bedroom AND master bath. Easy walk down the hill to Wailea Shops and the beach. Great huge TVs and wonderful sound system. All you need to cook in the kitchen. We used the bbq several times a week at sunset with a glass of wine. Truly lovely. We are coming back. We are booked.
