"I’ve stayed here before when visiting a family member. Great central location and lovely clean comfortable room. Will say that the public toilets on the ground floor weren’t so clean. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, preferring to try the local restaurants of which there are lots within easy walking distance. New St station a 5 minute walk and shopping and Christmas markets a 10 minute walk away. I would stay here again. The staff on reception are always polite and very helpful. "

"I would definitely recommend this hotel from checking in to checking out. The staff were friendly but professional. When checking in the receptionist looked to see if a room was available so she could check us in early so, we were able to go to our room at 11am instead of 3pm. The room was welcoming and spotless. The beds were clean and comfortable, the shower was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, the choice of breakfast was past expectations. My friend is vegetarian and the cooked breakfast was spot on, the staff couldn't do enough to make your stay special. "

"Perfect as we were attending an event at the pulse arena and this hotel is walkable to resorts world and the arena . Hotel was clean, staff were friendly room was spacious and bed was comfortable. "

"Stayed for 2 nights 13.12.24, very festive hotel, had Santa greeting us for breakfast both mornings, with singing and going around asking if we have all be good for Christmas. A brilliant touch and one of the most festive/lively atmosphere I have been to at breakfast. Sent us up for a day at the markets and Christmas shopping which was a short distance away. Santa was excellent, bar staff at night was friendly and very attentive, receptionist was friendly and informative and nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast staff worked so hard to keep all food and drinks replenished. A credit to all staff that work there 😀"

"For an overnighter when visiting the University Halls, it's perfect. Reception staff were helpful and efficient. Room is very basic, and tired, but clean. For the price, it was a good choice for somewhere to sleep after a gig and several beers "
