The property was just as described.The view from the porch was wonderful. Very convenient location right on the beach with short walk along a boardwalk for beach access. With a 2 year old, this access was wonderful. It was an end unit, so it was quiet and peaceful. Parking was convenient.

Great location, tired rental
We had a great time, we always enjoy being on Kiawah, no matter the season. This villa is in a great location and check-in and check-out were very easy. However, the villa itself is tired and dingy, definitely in need of renovation and upgrades. The pictures make it look better than it actually is. The cleaning fee was significant, but it doesn't seem like it's being applied to actually cleaning the unit - there could be more attention to detail with the cleaning - there was soap scum and hair in the bathrooms we used. Through no fault of the owners, the nearby boardwalks to the beach were closed because of recent storm damage, so it was a longer walk to the beach than it otherwise would have been. Overall, it was an ok unit in a great location, but we would not rent this one again. There are much better options.

Everything was great except the tv in the main living area couldn’t connect with cable. We checked in Friday evening and they don’t have maintenance for those things on weekends. It was Monday before it was fixed. There were no directions in the unit on using the various remotes. Come to find out one of the remotes in a bedroom was actually for the main room
