It looks further on the map but it is literally 5 mins slow walk from the visitor’s center and entrance to petra and 1-2 minutes further from Jett bus. But the hotel and shopping street is small n right across the center.」

「Property is just up the hilly road from the Petra visitor center which you can see from the location. Perfect stay if you have a car because there is parking and driving down to Petra visitor center / restaurant strip is a 1min drive. No need to even GPS it. The rooms were okay. The owner lives onsite and is very welcoming and accommodating. Would stay here again for the price! 」

「It was an amazing experience in La Maison! I am impressed by the hospitality of all staff there. Me and my friend was first time travel to Jordan, and stayed at La Maison for just 1 night at the beginning. But we found that to rush and tired of keep changing hotels, so we decided to stay st La Maison for 1 more night. And the front desk staff offered us free breakfast buffet. 「Beautiful property, and amazing value for something less than a 10 minute walk to the Petra visitor center. Mohammed-Ali made check-in beyond seamless and even after check-in made staying here feel warm and a very pleasant experience in general. Room was clean, as were the common areas, bed was comfortable, no complaints in that department. Cannot recommend staying here enough. 」
