"I booked a presidential suite and was so disappointed. The carpets were very dirty needed deep cleaning had to ask the housekeeping manager to remove them but was stuck with the bedroom one because it was not a loose carpet."

"What a gem! This camp felt like a world away from people, yet it is 45 minutes from the Windhoek airport. The luxury tents are spacious and well appointed and offer beautiful views from the hilltop. Turndown in the evenings was such a lux treat. Staff were all terrific, full of smiles and so well trained. Everything about the service and the food was excellent. "Ups Most of the staff were friendly, and the facility looked great. The room wasn’t very spacious but was generally clean. I would recommend this hotel for either the first or last stay in Namibia, as many others already do. Downs There were just two areas that seemed to have room for improvement: 1. "well managed hotel. nicely furnished, super clean rooms with very comfortable bed and bedding. very friendly and attentive staff (kuuoko, quinn leigh, and tisha were particularly helpful). breakfast buffet is fantastic, but unfortunately, during my entire stay there was no dinner buffet offered. wifi in my room was strangely erratic (perhaps better in other rooms near to router). in the looby wifi is always very good. "

"A perfect place to stay after a long overnight flight. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Restaurant meals were lovely - tasty and very well cooked. We had an excellent night's sleep and were sorry that our plans meant that we could not stay longer."

"Rostock Ritz is just perfect. Miles from anywhere with stunning views over the desert. The rooms are gorgeous, no air con but fans and breeze help to cool it down. The pool is perfect, super clean and offers the same stunning views. We enjoyed an amazing steak dinner and a great breakfast. From our room we watched Zebra and other wildlife."

"Wonderful in every way. Our tented room was very well appointed, with the opportunity to self cater. However, we were delighted to have breakfast and our evening meal in the restaurant as the food was superb. Celine ensured that we were very well looked after and that we had ample opportunity to interact with wildlife. She told us a great deal about the giraffes and oryx. The pool area was very comfortable. We relaxed happily at the Game Camp after our driving tour. We recommend highly."
