The is no 24 hour reception there. The one who does the checking in does not stay at that hotel, you will have to wait till she comes to check you in. Had this other occupant saying that that...

「Terrible experience at this hotel, i had booked a room with a river view, upon my arrival I was allocated a cube room, with no window and a partitioned balcony. I queried this and noticed that they gave my room to their frequent guest and I had to suffer as am not a regular at the property. I was later given a room which had a small window still not the room I had booked and paid for. Just when i though I had all the terrible experience the dinner was even worse i could not swallow their wings...
