This was a well laid out, small condo, perfect for two. We were able to park right in front, and could walk to downtown Ketchum - grocery stores and other restaurants and shops. Clean, comfortable, good wi-fi, well equipped kitchen. The VACASA company made everything easy - directions, lock box access, keys...

Beautiful, clean, well stocked, and affordable
This was a fabulous find. The one bedroom condo was well furnished and had everything you need. Kitchen was well stocked as well as laundry and bedding supplies. Very clean. Easy to find and park. Super budget friendly. I liked having a TV in the bedroom. Bring your own coffee though but has a Keurig and regular coffee pot.

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Parking instructions should clarified to include on street parking is subject to fine in case of snow removal per City ordinance. 1" of snow fell morning of the 16th. I was parked in a marked space on 2nd street and received a $50.00 fine for "blocking snow removal". Not happy about that.

Clean, well appointed, and easy to find.
The property itself is in a great location to town center. Parking was always available and easy, but we chose to walk to most locations in the downtown area (Starbucks, most restaurants, the shops). It never took us more than 8-10 minutes to walk to our destination (it’s late June. I’d imagine winter might have a different approach.). When we arrived, the space was perfectly clean and all of the expected amenities were in working order. When I reached out to the management company (via text!) to ask clarifying questions regarding where to bring our trash and check-out specifics, they responded promptly and appropriately. 10/10 would rent this cozy abode again.
