"The lodge is getting older, with maintenance working on replacing some siding, trim outside,and just age related general repairs. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the Lodge has a relaxing atmosphere, while all staff are welcoming and friendly. I consider it a great place to stay, especially for visitors who enjoy 4- wheeling the Hatfield-McCoy Trails"

She was working at the front desk checking people in, doing laundry in the back room, making coffee and trying to fix the online reservation system which was incorrectly showing no available rooms.
