"This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. "

"The apartment was comfortable and roomy and was furnished with all amenities (some seemed even brand new) i.e, -sheets, towels. The kitchen as well was fully furnished. Bryan was very responsive and helpful when we needed to contact him. We will keep this place in mind for any future trips."

"This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back."

"The property was very nice and cozy. We were traveling with our dog and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking through the woods and exploring the frisbee golf course. The view of the lake is stunning and my dog and I enjoyed a sunrise walk. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the house was comfy and we enjoyed relaxing and spending time with our son. "Friends and Family stayed at The Shepherd Farmhouse for 3 night ghts & 4 days. We gad great communication with owner/manager of the home. He helped us yo surprise family we were visiting amd all went well. There was a terrible accident at the intersection of West Bergen & Griswold that knocked out everyone’s electricity for half a day. Our contact was rught in the ball when notifications of electricity reparation. The home was great. We enjoyed ourselves. "

"The house was just as described, very comfortable and well cared for. We had every amenity we could need. I appreciated the hanging rack with hangers in the bedroom when I did laundry and could hang items to dry. The empty shed was perfect to store our bicycles. The house is close to the road, but the road is quiet, so that was never an issue. I'm glad the house was available for our stay in the sweet town of Brockport. It worked out perfectly for us. "

Soap by every sink seems such a simple thing but so many rentals you arrive at and then have to visit the shop for things that aren't there. This place has everything!
