"The morning buffet breakfast need serious upgrading. Limited choice of food and local or international food not up to 4 star status hotel. I am a frequent visitor to Resort hotel b4 Covid. The buffet breakfast previously, prior to 2018 was good, they served tasty nasi dagang and nasi lemak and egg omelette was good. Now the standard has deteriorated. Very disappointed. "✅ the pool ❌ the room is smelly, no one come to clean the room or at least collect the rubbish. ❌one if the tv channel not working,no voice, the staff said wait till other rooms complained about it,then the will look into it. ❌overpriced with below average services and room conditions."
