"Lovely hotel right beside the train station. Short walk into town. Very comfortable bed would stay here again. If you like a bath request when booking I had a shower but others had beautiful roll top baths."

"Absolutely fantastic. The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and spacious. We had wonderful cocktails and food in the bar and restaurant. Would definitely return."

"Good value for money. Pretty decent room. Extra points for the tiny fridge. Only negative I found was the shower. Water temperature fluctuated and the showerhead itself was the fixed-on-the-wall kind which I don't prefer for better hygiene."

"Visited for one night and we were both very impressed for the price. The staff were all friendly, the room was nice and clean. We stayed DB&B and the breakfast was lovely from the buffet. The evening meal was at The Fat Abbot and this was also really good. Following the meal we sat in the bar at the hotel and ennjoyed a drink in front of the open fire. Liked it that much we are having another night next week."

"Our go to hotel in Leeds. High quality, clean & well appointed with the perfect location. Add to that the most important feature…the staff. A team that treats you & each other like extended family. Shout out to the very pleasant young man who checked us in, tall, dark, plus Claudia, Nuna & Nicki who all made our visit extra special. Special shout out to the ever present Paul….present when not even in the building, who was instrumental in helping with my wife’s birthday celebrations. Thank you Paul. "Comfortable bed and room with all required facilities. Functional but unappealing bathroom with heavy door difficult for elderly. Excellent buffet breakfast with good options. Efficient check-in. Walking route to town not ideal or ‘comfortable’ late at night, but is better lit now. "
