We enjoyed the huge shaded area which was perfect for chilling with a book or drying off after a swim. The local beach is very small but great for a swim or a snorkel. The directions to the villa were great and kept us off the rough tracks which a sat nav can take you via. We enjoyed the taverna at Avithos beach which has great food and lovely views. "Villa Liladi is a simply wonderful villa. My wife and I had a two-week holiday based there and can unreservedly recommend it. Its location is perfect, affording peaceful and stunning views from its terrace of the seas separating Kephalonia from the smaller island of Ithica and the Greek mainland. "A lovely property with fabulous views. Very comfortable bed and good air-conditioning when needed. Our room was number 10 up in the eaves so some low sloping ceilings but an amazing view. Small but adequate kitchenette and bathroom. Great pool. Good local restaurant and handy shop. Definitely need a car, too far to walk to the beach or Fiscardo. Would stay here again. "

"This property is truly amazing and I cannot recommend it enough! My partner and I stayed for a week and agreed it was one of our favorite places we’ve even been (both the property and the island)! Nikos, the owner, is so kind and helpful. He communicated before we arrived, was there to greet us and show us around, and helped with a few things during our stay like lending us a beach umbrella and providing recommendations for the island. "I like this property it's good enough, it's right on the water right on the main drag where you go to eat. However, do not let them put you on the first floor that doesn't have an elevator. The carpet in the entire building really smells disgusting and sometimes the smell comes into your room. The air vent from your bathroom on the first floor rooms, 100-109 faces an alleyway and you can smell cigarette smoke and cat pee waft in. The bed mattress is excellent, super soft.
