"This propery is elegantly docorate and well located property with large parking lots (#1 and #2) with Yunokawa onsen, restaurant and botanic garden nearby. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Service is best in class. Everything is very close by with10 minute driving maximum. Both my wife and daughter really like the hotel. It makes this hotel a top choice for us."

"This is an amazing place to stay. My Wife and I stayed here when we visited Hakodate 2 years ago and we couldn’t wait to return. Every single member of the staff is kind, hard working, and helpful, they’re top notch all around. The room was very comfortable and the private onsen for our room was really relaxing. If you do a little walking there are also places to go to eat and even a great little brewery called Endeavour pretty close by. We can’t wait to stay here again the next time we’re in Hakodate."

I was very impressed with this hotel and the on site Onsen was the best one I have been to so far with indoor and outdoor onsen and sauna. I highly recommend this hotel. I also walked from the train station which was not far from the hotel (about 10 minutes walk)."

"Great staff and lovely rooms, very much a resort vibes kind of place. Front desk spoke good English and they went the extra mile at every opportunity to try and make the stay more pleasant. Beds a little bit hard for my liking. Bathrooms exceptional and the onsen was great too!"

"Huge room. Very very clean. And it so great I booked a room with private Onsen bath. Staff were extremely polite. Just the buffet dinner was good but under what I expected. Great stay"
