Instead kept say my itinerary number doesn’t exist and hang up on ms. They did this numerous times. I will never use Expedia again. Nor will I recommend it to any one. The hotel said they could refund anything it would be up to Expedia. "

"I didn’t like that the front desk receptionist charged my credit card twice. I had paid reservations through the Expedia app with my debit card the receptionist asked for my debit card and charged me again for the whole stay. I let her know that I had already paid through the app and asked her why did she charge me again. She then proceeded to apologize and said that I was going to have a refund coming in to my bank and in 3 working days. Meanwhile I had a total of over $1,600 charged on my bank account. Leaving me without the budgeting I had planned for "
