"Absolutely world class and very deserving of the five star! The service from entering the hotel throughout has been absolutely sublime! Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that welcomed us upon arrival but he was absolutely exceptional incredibly informative and gave us a itinerary of the facilities restaurants areas of the hotel and guided us to our hotel a true credit to the hotel. "I like the hotel, the location, facilities and the staff are very good, hence this is the second time we have stayed. However both visits have been made whilst construction works have been ongoing at the site adjacent and this year maintenance works were being carried out at the outdoor swimming pool which ment it was not usable. I would say that the hotel were very understanding when approached about these issues and thus I would have no hesitation in staying again."

"Good property very close to the beach / promenade. Really nice breakfast, expensive but a very large portion. "Enjoyed our stay here. Some property issues (fridge broken but they replaced it the next month t, air conditioning unit leaking) but the room was nice and the pool very clean. Would have been difficult to get a sun lounger if it had been any fuller. Food on site was better than expected. Bizarrely wouldn’t give us two keys for the room which is odd when there is more than one of you and you might want to go off and do different things!"

"Natalie at reception was lovely and made me feel very welcome upon arrival and was very helpful throughout my stay. Lovely central location and felt very safe. Room was quiet and comfortable. Cleaning in shower/bathroom was the only thing that needed attention. Bar fridge unfortunately couldn’t keep things cold and no kettle was available on the first night of my stay. Overall, thanks for a very enjoyable stay with a generous buffet breakfast offering."

"Even we stayed in small room the kitchenette had everything we needed for night drinks and morning breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful Room was nicely decorated and had smart TV Parking near by Nice breakfast hamper and coffee/milk We'll be coming back :)"

"Lovely stay at Pefkos hotel. Room very comfortable with a walk in shower. Food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Staff were very good, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Only feedback - was our TV did not work for the whole of our stay and this was pointed out to reception on a few occasions. "

"Room was clean, well reserved, parking was limited compared to the rooms. Communication was a bit difficult, as the day of the check in they were supposed to send me check in instructions, but instead i had to beg them to send them to me. Other than that, everything was great!"
