"Nice hotel with nice room and wider single bed. The receptionist was very nice and advised very well. Pool are was clead although the jacuzzi is extremely small. Breakfast would need little improvement like adding some solt in scrambled eggs and better coffee. But it was included. "

"In general hotel is quite nice and in a very good location and walkable distance to all hot springs and other sites of the Carlsbad. Hotel condition is average, some refreshments on common spaces would be nice to see. We booked Deluxe Twin room. Unfortunately such a small bathroom we haven't seen still in lower star rating hotels. "This is a really beautiful hotel but i would not say that it is 5 star. The room was spacious & beautiful but the bathroom had a tub/show but no curtain or glass so every time you took a shower the floor was soaking wet. Maid service was very diligent & quick for the most part, they have a pillow menu but don't actually have the pillows when you order them & never delivered anything as an alternative. Rooms don't have irons, ironing boards, umbrellas or hair dryers in each room, when you...
