「The motel is very shabby. The room is a bit dim and smelly. I could not say I received a warm service although I got the answers of all my questions from the reception. There is no kitchen utensils so I could do nothing with it. Laundry service is a bit expensive. The most expensive one that I have ever had in NZ. The corridor was noisy. People talking over the mobile phone until midnight! There was no hair-dryer in the room so I had to borrow one from the reception. However, I was told all...

「It's the year of 2024, I paid more than $300 and there's NO AIR-CONDITIONING in the room. The manager guy stated that they didn't list "air-conditioned" in room description on the booking page, so it's a fair play, and i should check the room description more carefully. Well, "electricity" is also not listed, and there's electricity, I'm so grateful.」

「The cooking utensils were dirty and the frying pan was burned with burned residue still sticked on. There is a small SPA inside my unit but the SPA tub was very dirty with floating insects and foam in the water. This is undesirable.」

「Not well clean and tidy up the room as the glass still have stinks…….tea cup with some crystal stuff inside……. Bed is good and sleep well. Staff is cool and not showing up all the time. My fee is including Breakfast which is not the buffet one and you can choose one set in the menu. Location and car park is good. 」
