"Excellent service staff when it comes to regular service that they are used to do, but inflexible in special circumstances. 18 Feb 2019The only thing which we’re annoyed about during our stay was the infrequent sea plane transfer we had to wait over 2 hours for a sea plane on arrival & had to leave at 1.30pm even though our flight wasn’t until 8.30pm! So we missed a lot of time.
