"Very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We chose a mid size room which was excellent. There's a Family Mart in the building and a number of restaurants nearby. Two train stations are not far away but getting to the hotel to or from the airports is a problem as the only bus service is to/ from Narita and we were told stops at 17.00 hours. We arrived later and after a lot of confusion took the TCAT to the city base and a taxi from there. It was easier and not too pricey to take a taxi to Haneda "

"Our family of four stayed here for four nights. The location is excellent, with easy access to Shibuya and Harajuku on foot, as well as proximity to Shibuya station. Rooms are small as expected in Tokyo. Service at the on site restaurant is very slow, but food is good (breakfast better than dinner). Staff were nice but not overly accomodating. Some cleanliness issues in the room (stains on sheets, carpet and mattress) but overall good for the location. Love the Appelles toiletries, one of my...

"Reception is on 14 th floor, guest rooms below. Good breakfast restaurant o n first floor. Rooms are small, but it is Japan! 3 blocks to Tokyo central station…easy. Walk or city bus . 1 block to subway. "
