"We had a good time. Staff were friendly and amenities were amazing. One problem we felt was that service was not as good as it could be. There were no phones to call the operator, and the electronic pad that was supposed to be used for communication was not working. When we wanted or needed anything, we would have to go all the way down to the lobby to ask for it. Besides that complaint the hotel is a great place to stay for an extended period. "We didn’t notice it on 1st day but when you come back to the room there is a smell that’s apparent in the front room where kitchen/living room is. Then smell becomes unnoticeable. It’s not apparent in the bedroom side. Cleaning staff was fine but noticed there was a disposable toothbrush kit toothpaste recap under the new items on the tray. It would be nice to have face towels instead of just 2 bath towels. Filtered water in kitchen for drinking is great"

"Hotel location was near KLCC. If you have big family or small kids which requires daily cooking or washing, this apartment would be ideal for you. However, you might want to arrange your own breakfast. The breakfast was served in packed meal and choices were limited. After a few days, you would have tried all the food choices. "

"No flexibility for early check-in. They seem to only let everyone check-in at 3pm so a queue of people waiting. Suddenly at 3pm all rooms are ready. "

"Loved the 2 bed apartment, without doubt this would receive 5 stars if it wasn’t for the terrible sound proofing between floors. I was kept awake for 2 out of 3 nights because of noisy people in the apartment above. You could even hear chairs being moved. Otherwise it was a great spot, small grocery store on ground level that sells most everything you need on holiday. For consideration you are only provided one set of keys so if traveling with a group, enquire with the hotel first. "

Food quality at the buffet restaurat, althought not bad, was not at par with the expectations generated by the type/level of the facility. "The biggest advantage of staying at Aloft KL was the convenience for using public transportation- MRT, LRT etc.. The hotel is connected to the KL Sentral station and a mall. From the airport I took the Klia Express to KL Sentral to get to Aloft and there are visible signs at the station to get to the hotel without leaving the stn.. The train to Batu Caves can also be accessed at KL stn.. Breakfast options were great from eggs to local cuisine and a variety of small pastries. The room was clean and spacious where you could spread out your luggage(s). Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. Would stay here again. "
