"Such an amazing and relaxing place. Every room comes with their own private hot tub. We were given an upgrade and the room was super spacious. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was worth it as it had various options from western to Japanese breakfast. Dinner was nice as well as it was served as a Kaiseki. The whole facility was super relaxing and worth the stay. Would definitely come back to stay here again."

"A beautiful property on Lake Ashinoko with stunning views of Mt Fuji. Extremely close to the rope-way that takes you up to the shrine on the mountain with even more breathtaking views. Lovely rooms, helpful staff. Dining options are limited to the hotel as it is too remote to get anywhere else. Nice outdoor onsen"
