"New and very clean hotel. Staffs are helpful. It comes with free breakfast which was fairly good. The down side the elevator gets busy in the moaning so we had to wait quite a bit. Highly recommend!"

"The amenities and front desk service make this hotel. The public bath, sauna, free snacks, coffee/tea etc. The front desk helped (often in English) with taxis, directions, recommendations and luggage forwarding to another hotel. The room was very small, but manageable."

"I saw many Japanese business people there, it is walkable to the Takushima Station, by taxi is under 1000 yen. I asked front desk staff about where is the nearest bus stop to get on buses to the Tokushima Station, but both the 2 staff on duty couldn’t give me a clear idea. Later I found out the bus stop is just 200 meters away: walk out from hotel main entrance, turn left walking to the cross road and turn left again. Only 250 yen to the Tokushima Station. "

"This property is right by a large shopping area filled with dining areas and shops making it a good location for visitors. We booked a smoking room by accident so the room did smell like smoke but that was on us. Staff was very helpful and accommodating for foreigners and they also offer free breakfast from 6-9am. "

"Very cute rooms, the beds were private and spacious, bedding was very warm and comfortable (slept amazingly). I didn't get back in time for dinner but the udon for breakfast on the first morning was fantastic and I was serenaded by a lovely man playing Ghibli music and the beatles on a ukulele as I ate my cheesy bread on the second morning. "グループや家族で出かけるのに本当に素晴らしい施設ですが、他の方もご指摘の、１）タブレットでのチェックインの手続きに時間がかかる、２）エアコンの自動切り替えの点で、価格との期待値のバランスを鑑みて、星を一つ減らしました。チェックインでは、もう少し簡単な他のスマートな認証方法があるといいと思いました。エアコンの自動切り替え（夜中に勝手にオンになる、その際の音が気になって眠れなくなる）については、カビ防止のための自動の温度設定がされているとご回答をいただきましたが、宿泊者の睡眠が妨げられるので、夏場滞在者がいる際には自動設定オフにしていただくと良いのではないかと進言しました。アメニティの設置なども細かい連絡を確認しながらないになる点は、ラグジュアリ体験ではないので、グループの中にまめな人が一人いると解消すると思います。立地はレンタカーでの移動が必須の場所ですが、バスルームの設備、快適なベッド、広々としたお庭と何より素晴らしい景観で、長期滞在も充実すると思います。2泊3日では少し短かったです。"
