"Hotel is super convenient. Located steps away from arrival gate and from bus/shuttles. Just wish breakfast had more options and eggs were not so runny."

"precheckin instructions was only sent the day before checkin. our room was in building B ground floor. big dustbin. room is clean . able to take the first 6.02am bus to new chitose airport for our 7.30am flight. bus looks like a normal bus with the entrance in the middle. it was crowded. minami chitose station door is opened at 5.45am , so are the luggage storage lockers. bus stop is without shelter. only stairs from station to busstop. "

"Booked a futon suite for 4 adults. Smaller than it looks in photo. Bathroom really tiny. Was alright for an overnight stay. Shuttle to airport was a bonus."
