"Great little condo, although was a little tricky to find at first. That said, there was someone waiting to answer the phone when we needed to call to find it. Condo has a free ski shuttle in the mornings and afternoons that is shared with another place or two. Worked fine unless you need to leave during mid-day. The kitchenette does not have a stove, so you can't really cook anything, just heat up stuff in the microwave. This was a big bummer and they should add a hot plate or single burner...

"This place was our (group of 3) favorite during our travels to Hokkaido. It was much cozier than the pictures convey and the sauna was a welcome luxury after skiing and very snowy days. It was majestic to be able to walk to Ukimido Pagoda on a moody weather day, then come back to our cozy lodge. It was so helpful to have a washer/dryer and plenty of drying rack space near the heater. There were many good restaurants just 20 minutes from the lodge near the south side of the lake. "Such a nice place. Newly renovated, is exactly what the pictures show. We stayed in the studio apartment. Comfortable and warm. They have a restaurant downstairs which is amazing."

"Such a beautiful place to stay. Love everything about this property except that the service was not up to par. Staff was not adequate. They also did not have the cake which I ordered in advance but made it up by getting one last min for my husband’s surprise. No housekeeping service here. They should at least offer daily throwing of trash in the room instead of every 2 days."

"Very clean, good value for money, excellent service, great area near the bus stop and a couple of restaurants and a bakery. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the couch and beds were quite uncomfortable. Although hard beds are common in Japan, we all found these ones to be very hard, the couch was also uncomfortable which was a shame after a day of skiing all you want is to be comfortable. We would stay here again though, but next time we’d bring some air beds to put on top of the mattresses."

"Quite dusty caused allergies. Overall very good property. If there was an air purifier available for use would be excellent. "

"Amazing place to stay, location is second to none for ski in ski out access with really impressive ski facilities. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Restaurants provided amazing dinning experiences including the morning buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend the private infinity Onsen provided on level 7 (at extra cost), of an evening the view of Mt Yotie was beautiful."
