"We loved our time at this Kentucky Riverside Retreat! Space was comfortable and spaceous, clean, and well maintained. Just an FYI for others, the dock is about 5 feet above the water surface. It did not make it easy to launch kayaks as there was not flat ground. Not sure if the water level was lower than normal, but you may want to bring a ladder or some mechanism to get into the water. Thanks for the great stay!"

"We came for a wedding nearby and to celebrate my mother's Birthday. This property was excellent, great location with wonderful shops all within walking distance. The charm of the home was what made this a great stay. Perryville is a quaint community filled with wonderful people that is well worth a visit. No other property could offer the experience that we had. "

"Very Cozy Farm house in a secluded area. Really quiet area with lots of different views of the country side. Inside of the home it was nicely decorated with great care. The rooms were large and clean. Very unique home with a lot of history that you can see and feel. Washroom is updated and modern as is the kitchen area. Great Airconditioning...Nice mixture of past and present. Great phone signal and the TV was hooked up to the internet, we were able to watch our YouTube Picker shows......

"This little house was perfect for our family of 4. Our girls slept upstairs in the loft. The house has just about any supplies that you might have forgotten so we definitely appreciated that. We had a variety of meals and used the gas grill for hot dogs and burgers. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. My daughter even added to the fairy garden in the front. the fain the front."

"We loved our stay! Lots of space and comfort for our large group and more than enough entertainment for kids, adults and pups alike. Over 4th of July there were views of nearby fireworks off the front porch. The sunset off the back porch over the rolling hills was also exceptional. Kyle was quick to respond with any questions before and during our stay. The nearby Wilderness Trails distillery is also worth visit!"

The only downfall that I feel is that they have a ski jet and tied up to the dock which made it hard for us because we had two boats so we had to tie one boat to the other instead of both to the dock, that’s the issue we had "
