「Gorgeous and classy hotel, with high end amenities and an impressive mini bar. Great location and close to the airport. Herons, the restaurant in the hotel, was a bonus as well. Food and presentation were superb! For a hotel of this caliber though, I was underwhelmed by the staff. My expectations were high given the price point etc. They didn’t seem as “polished” or friendly as one would expect. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay there again. 」

「We got in at 3:30am and there was someone there to check us in. We appreciated that! Great breakfast! Lots of options. I also loved the shampoo and conditioner. They were full size bottles and worked great. It was a help bc I forgot. The only negative was that we heard the people’s conversation in the next room very clearly. That wasn’t fun in the morning. The walls weren’t sound proof. I would definitely stay there again!」

「The rooms were adequate but not cozy. The breakfast food as artificial (eggs, meats) so I ate cornflake cereal instead. The staff was not overly friendly excrete maids.」

「The room had blood in the bathroom when we arrived. I notified maintenance and they cleaned it pretty quickly, but I gave it 3 stars for that. The front lobby is beautiful and the breakfast bar was great every morning! I loved the secluded quiet of the location! 」
