"The unit is in a great location, a short walk to all things in downtown Newport. The unit is clean and works for a short stay in town. However, the photos in the listing display a different unit in the same building (this unit has smaller and/or less furniture), the beds are small and rather uncomfortable, the couch in the living room is smaller than the one shown and is broken, and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear your neighbors pretty easily. Overall, it's a fine place to stay to...

"We had a great time this past weekend in Newport! Check-in, communication, location and parking were awesome! The apartment was spacious for 4 adult women too and the beds were comfy. The apartment could have been cleaner and could use a couple things to make it cozier like lamps , and curtains. It was cold and rainy the weekend of our stay so we spent time in the apartment. Great location and price! "

"Very clean apartment. Quiet at night when we were there, very comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen, everything you’d need, (cooking utensil wise).We parked and walked everywhere.Great location, Lots of restaurants,bars,market(not to far) all walking distance. We will definitely return Could be tricky parking May-September. There is a parking lot close to the apartment you can use for a daily fee. "

"Big house with room for lots of people adults and kids. Great location on lake basically all by yourself. We kayaked across the lake and hiked around it. Many other hiking trails in the area. Great history in all directions. Easy access to skiing and the ocean. "

"This Green Hill Beach house is clean and well-maintained, with new kitchen and bathrooms, and ample living space for the whole family. A picture-postcard view of the ocean from the second floor living area allowed us to see the sunrise and sunset. Just a short walk around the block to the quiet beach was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The host was very helpful and responsive, and the location is excellent, near state parks and beaches. Highly recommend!"
