"A few front desk staff is not overly friendly with non-Japanese speaking guests. I asked why there is no cold water in the room and a chubby lady with hair tied back (usually on night shift) impatiently told me to drink warm water from the tap. Her attitude towards foreigners will be a reason for me to think twice next time I book when coming to Japan again. My hat off to the cleaning lady who clean my room immaculately and treat me courteously even we don’t speak the same language. But...

"A convenience access from Narita International Airport on the Skyliner. Left all my big luggages at coin luggage locker at the airport, just took my carry on.
