"The beds werent clean. BUT everything else was good. Host communicated really well."

"The house was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults to be together and separate at the same time. There were many food options and stores nearby for convenience. The host and Pilar were both very accessible and accommodating for our stay. Would definitely rent again and recommend to family and friends."

"I would not stay here again. the freezer was frozen and leaked on the floor. no extra blankets, the bathroom was not clean and had hair on the flor and hair on the shower floor. The place should have been half the price with the condition it was in. the worst stay I have ever had with an expedia property !"

"Construction workers were upstairs until 10 at night when we asked them to leave cockroaches the size of small cats dead thank god no hot water until 2 am just would y stay again"

"Hard to get there. Parking was not available. No napkins, paper towels or ice. We rented a 5bedroom villa but doesn’t exist. Only 2 bedrooms. Location was not walking distance to anything. Pros clean and no pests."

"Daniel, the property owner was constantly maintaining, and performing up keep tobthe grounds, while were were out around town enjoying our vacation. Excellent host, great property. The stay was actually the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend!"

"This is my third time renting this home. The host is excellent and very accommodating. The house is always spotless. Each room has its own full bath and there is a half bath on the first floor. Washer with clothes line and full kitchen for cooking. Large patio with grill. Safe with fenced parking. Location is between Ajijic and Chapala. I would highly recommend this property."

"My major complaint is because they said we renting entire house and is only an apartment and they don’t let you go to any other part of the property. I ask to the guy and he said is only for the view. Also they have somebody living on the top of the house. Which make us feel insecure he said we need to lack the door on the apartment because we sharing the stairs with the person. This house or apartment definitely need to be reconsider for Expedia. "My husband and I had a wonderful short (4 night) stay. The location is perfect for exploring Ajijic centro on foot. You can also get up to the hiking trails easily. The house is so nice with many different areas to sit and enjoy the view. We loved having coffee out on the second floor patio listening to and watching all the birds. The upper mirador was perfect for sunsets and for late night views. "

"Disfrutamos mucho la estadía, la casa es muy amplia. La temperatura de la alberca ideal para disfrutarla, y de buen tamaño. Una zona de la alberca no es tan honda, estaba bien para que los niños jugaran y hacia el otro lado la profundidad aumenta. Mucho estacionamiento y jardines bonitos."

"Love this hotel. The hotel is old but has all what I look for; a huge pool, rooms have big bathrooms, closets and are very spacious. Awesome view of the city. Also, very quiet and a place where you can forget about the noise and craziness of the city and relax. Price is unbeatable for what you get. People may be afraid of the area, however the zone is gated and is secured. Love it!"

"The only thing I didn’t like is that transportation was not available at the time of my arrival (at the time of reservation that was the main reason I chose that hotel) I ended up paying for taxi. Hotel is very clean and the receptionist was friendly and helpful."

"This is a very interesting hotel made with shipping containers. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well stocked with TV and AC. We had an amazing breakfast at the restaurant by the pool. The pool is very large in case you wanna do laps and is climatized. There's a little rooftop where you can see the lake. Parking is secure and the service was amazing. Oh, and by the way, it's super affordable"
