The hotel is nice and well located. The main feature, the reason why I booked it, and in fact the picture on my reservation is the rooftop pool that was closed for maintenance. I would not have stayed there if I knew about. Staff was no helpful and just told me Expedia knew about the maintenance. Overall, staff (excluding the nice people working at the restaurant) was a major problem. I was barely greated cordially, I was not acknowledge as gold member or offered any perks for being one. I was neither offer any compensation for the pool closure. Quite frankly, I do not see the point of being a good member.

Pontos positivos foram o cafe da manhã com varias opções de pães bolos frutas e comidas regionais e a localização do hotel muito boa . Pontos negativos móveis do quarto são antigos colchão e travesseiros desconfortáveis e no banheiro o box é pequeno e vazou agua embaixo. O hotel precisa investir mais no conforto,fazer obras reais de melhoria pois pelo valor cobrado por diária ( 567,00) que paguei no periodo tinha mais expectativas sobre este hotel.
