"Very clean and excellent service. Front desk staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The room was very clean and well appointed. The only small complaint I have is that the mattress was too firm and pillows too thin for side sleepers, but I find that to be true in most Chinese hotels. The location can’t be beat, as you are right above the West Nanjing Station on Line 2. Definitely would stay again and recommend it to others wanting to stay in that part of town."

"The room I had was basic but comfortable and clean. The wardrobe was rather small but just enough space for one person. Wished the windows were larger so there could be more light — they were tiny and near the ceiling, so you couldn't see the view outside. There were a few floor tiles that were loose outside the bathroom door — made me worry about tripping and falling. The shower was strong and warmed up quickly, but the shower door's rubber lining was loose so water dripped whenever the shower...
