「We were camping and had to be relocated due to bad weather. Coming from the Super 8 Wyndham in Hot Springs, this place is AMAZING. The customer service is amazing and their is no hidden deposit like in hit springs super 8. 」

「The Oak Room was very beautiful! It was spacious and all the towels, bedding and soap were quite luxurious. The cleanliness was above and beyond. The service was very swift when needed and absent when not needed. The property was beautiful and I'm guessing even more so when it's not winter.」

「Hotel is at a good location to visit the bathouses row and the Hot Springs National Park. It may need a little more maintenance in some rooms (in our room the air filter in the bathroom was not working), but other than that, it was all good.」

「Other than the cleanliness of my bathroom, this was a great stay. The bathroom wasnt horrible. Just some hair left behind that wasn't mine. I simply cleaned it with clorox wipes before using and everything was fine. Other than that, this was an ok hotel for the price. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and quiet. It was simple with no frills but we knew that when we booked and were perfectly fine with it. The office staff I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. The motel is an older property but had been remodeled and is super cute. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again in the future! 」

「Very quiet and comfortable rooms. We were crystal digging at the local quartz crystal mine and we stayed at the Hot Springs Village Inn because it was only a 10 minute drive away. It was very nice and we enjoyed our stay immensely!」

「Judy and David were excellent hosts from beginning to end. The communication was excellent. They exceeded our expectation. The added bonus breakfast every morning was delish! This historic bed and breakfast has so much history and the owners have done a great job maintaining it. 」
