"Great property, location, condition and staff. Poor WiFi connectivity and poor communication, especially pre-arrival and during the stay. However, they were able to resolve the WiFi issue by connecting us to a different network, low quality signal, wasn’t able to use it from the apartment. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Will come back here again. "

"We checked in very late, as our flight didn’t land until 10:30 PM. After arriving at the apartment, we were all exhausted from traveling all day. We quickly threw our bags down and went straight to bed. The next morning, we woke up early, eager to explore the Big Apple. We walked around all day and returned to the apartment around 7 PM.At that point, my youngest daughter came running, screaming that there was a rat in her room.
