"We stayed here back in July and loved it, so this was a return visit. First night wasn't so good. The hotel had shut down the air conditioning for the winter season. We were given a top floor room with a balcony. Even with the patio door open all night, the room didn't cool and stayed at 23 Deg C. Way too warm for us to sleep, plus the outside noise too. "Had good communication before we arrived. Gave personal details via email. We arrived by train from Cadiz. And was about a 15 walk from station. Apartment very easy to find using web maps. We were given info of door codes so entry was easy. Wonderful old building, so much history. Room was fabulous with a split area between kitchen area and bedroom. "This has got to be one of the worst rooms that I have ever stayed in. First, the lady at the desk was very rude. She spoke no English or French or German but still insisted on shouting in Spanish although I told her that I didn't understand. The main complaint however was how filthy the room was. Dirty and greasy. How the cleaning lady kept her job is a mystery. The walls were stained as well. The room was falling apart.
