"Overall a great property anyone could ask for. - Location / Staff / facilities. Special thanks to the Housekeeping team, who did their duties wholeheartedly. Had 2 issues which I think were quite disturbing: 1. Type of room - initially not given what we had booked & paid for a month in advance.
