"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. "Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Für Kinder sind viele Tiere auf der Anlage und ein schöner Spielplatz. Der Frühstückservice war nicht OK, weil Bestellungen nicht ankamen. Auch die Mülltonne wurde nur sporadisch geleert vor dem Haus. Laut der Chefin liegt dies wohl an der an dem fehlenden Personal. Sonst alles gut und zu empfehlen."

"Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub. Perfekt als Familienhaus geeignet. Geräumig und mit sehr guter Ausstattung! Man liegt sehr gut in den Betten, großer Garten und mit Blick auf die Berge. "The house had plenty of space for two families. The location was good for our purpose (skiing in spindleruv Mlyn).
