Upscale & Affordable Amelia Landings 2B/2B Condo. Short walk to beach!

Our third floor Amelia Landings villa (RRDP-000448-2019) is affectionately called “The Nest” and provides a serene, peaceful, delightful place for recreation, relaxation, and renewal. It includes two bedrooms, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, all linens, a comfortable living room, and a large screened in porch. It can accommodate a maximum of four people. Included with your stay are a flat screen 50"HD TV with cable and wireless internet, books, games, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and more! Small touches like blow dryers, soap, a coffee maker and Keurig, a blender, cutlery set, and baking sheets are there for you take advantage of. No need to pack linens, towels, rent boogie boards, or beach chairs! This unit is non smoking and sorry, but no pets are allowed (Association Rules). Please note that there are no elevators in the complex. The responsible party must be 25 years old or older. Discounts available for stays of 7 days or longer!

Amelia Landings is a quiet community nestled among Live Oak trees and Spanish Moss. The small complex has free parking, a tennis court, a very nice large pool, picnic grills and tables. You are in a perfect location, a short walk away from the tranquility of the ocean and the wide white sand beach that stretches for 13 miles! There is also quick access to nearby Egan's Creek Greenway. It is abundant with wildlife and a perfect place for walking and biking. Historic downtown Fernandina Beach is only minutes away with excellent restaurants, lots of shopping, a farmer’s market, and so much more. Or, you can just relax at the beach, hunt for shark’s teeth, collect shells and memories as we do!

Beautiful Amelia Island has been rated as one of the top ten islands in the United States and has so much to offer! You can go for a drive through tree lined Fort Clinch State Park, go fishing, or take a boat tour. There are many festivals throughout the year including the Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival, the Amelia Island Jazz Festival, and the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance. Other activities nearby include horseback riding, parasailing, golf, and much more! You are only 40 minutes from Jacksonville, 30 minutes from the airport, and a few hours from Orlando to the South or Savannah to the North.

Good property. Exactly as described. Host was very responsive.The suggestions in the welcome packet were excellent. The host supplied a gracious plenty of everything for a 1 week stay( bedding, pillows, towels, cleaning products). Cooking supplies were good as well. Everything was all good. We didn’t know that the unit was on the third floor without and elevator in the building . After talking to the owner Mr.Will he came and helped me and my wife carry our bags and supplies up the three flights of stairs. And also came back the morning we were going back home and helped us take our belongings down to our car. He was a caring person. For that we say thank you!

We loved the screened in patio and really appreciated the coffee pods and start up toiletries. Condo is well furnished and owner provided great information for check in and dining options etc. Only negative was that it is a third floor walk up with no elevator so it’s a lot of stairs

Great location to explore the natural beauty of the area

Will was a great host. We came to Amelia Island one the first part of our Snowbird vacation. Brought our bikes to ride the trails around the 2 Talbot State parks. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice new HDTV. Do your research, this is a great area to explore both the natural wonders with a bunch of historical sites as well. We enjoyed the Okafenokee Swamp, the Amelia River cruise as well as the history and quaintness of Ferdinadina Beach.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner (Will) was great, and helped us to change our original booking. The condo is tastefully decorated and nicely furnished. The kitchen is really well-stocked for meal prep. The beds are comfortable, as is all of the living room furniture. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the huge screened-in back porch. Great place for morning coffee!

Family Vacation

My wife and our teenage daughter and son loved our stay at "The Nest"! We had never been to Amelia Island before, and for the week we stayed here this felt like our home away from home. It was super clean and a has fully stocked kitchen. We loved the deck to drink coffee and listen to the birds every morning. The location was close to all of the beaches, and we had a great time at North Beach! Will was always very informative and responsive to any questions that we had about the area. We will definitely stay here again whenever we come back to this beautiful island! Lou Brown

Perfect!!

This place is perfect! Fantastic location. So close to the beach and the condo assoc. has a fantastic pool! The condo is so well stocked. We did a lot of cooking and there was nothing I looked for to help me cook that was not there! Will thought of everything! Will also provides lots of beach chairs (even though we weren't sure and brought our own!). Even a beach umbrella! The only thing I could have asked for was a few extra bath towels. We like to have a towel to use as a hair towel also and only had enough towels for 1 person each, but we made do! Other than that, perfect!! A/C was good and cold also! Gotta have that at the beach! We did have 1 small (tiny) little issue and Will was on it! I texted him and he was calling me within 1 minute! Issue fixed! We will absolutely stay here again!

Loved the pool, new carpet and comfy beds. Nice location with easy drive to beach, historic part of town, and restaurants and grocery. 3rd floor condo had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
