Family Vacation

This was a perfect house for our family vacation. Everything you need is provided even a pack n play for the baby. We were able to park the cars and walk to everything you needed. This is the best vacation house we have ever stayed at and hope to stay there again.

The location of the property is great. It’s near many restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions. We still had a ton of room to ourself on the beach even though we were very close to the pier and public beach access. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with the property owner was great.

Fully furnished and well equipped house located on the beach in Surf City. The neighborhood offers easy access to everything. Right in the heart of Surf City and walking distance to pier, restaurants, souvenir shopping, grocery's, ice cream, coffee shops and more. Beach access was a breeze and the heated pool was a added bonus. There's nothing like waking up to beach views everyday. Full kitchen is stocked with dishes/pots and pans and all other necessities. The Host was responsive to all questions and went out of his way to check in with us and provide basic check in and out procedures. Everyone including the dogs had a wonderful time, I would stay here again.

Comfortable and Convenient

This property met our needs exactly for a small family reunion, plus remote work for my husband. The owner worked with us on a very last minute reservation and was highly responsive and proactively engaged to make sure our visit went well. Most notable was the comfortable bedding, amazing ocean view/beach access, and convenient location in the middle of Surf City. The custom bunk beds were especially appreciated, as they accommodate full-sized adults without wobbling or squeaking. We'll be back if we're ever in the area again!

October beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was perfect - everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The elevator was perfect for our senior dog. Happy to say the house was one of the cleanest we have ever rented at Topsail. The kitchen was very well appointed and the luxury bedding did not disappoint! Would definitely rent this property again and would highly recommend!

This is our second year in Ted's unit. Great location is an under statement, with grandkids it so easy to walk and get ice cream or shaved ice. Local restaurants within walking distance, but busy. Great views of the ocean and the pool is a great hit. The elevator is great for moving in and out.

Great location and house!

So many wonderful things about this house! Location - could walk to restaurants, Inis Spa (the best), stores, and easy walk down to the beach from the house stairs. Having 3 king size bed suites was ideal, lots of room and privacy. The elevator was a great feature, and necessary for our group.I enjoy going to a home which looks like a home, with comfortable furniture, nice decor, and plenty of kitchen gear and spices, etc. The view was AMAZING! Finally, communication with the owners was smooth and very accommodating! Definitely recommend this terrific home!

Destination Wedding Surf City

We traveled for a destination ready with family , the house was fantastic! 3 floors so everyone could have space when needed , very comfortable and clean for our family. To see the ocean right from the back deck and be able to walk down your stairs to the beach is worth everything. The location is great as we could walk just next door to get food/drinks or walk across the street for that matter, anything we needed was within walking distance. The perfect place to say on the NC coast

There is no better location than this in Surf City or anywhere near. Directly on the beach, near the pier, right by the coffee shops and ice cream stores and restaurants and shops. Plenty of beds, five bedrooms, open living/dining room on the top floor, elevator to make it easy to get your bags and stuff upstairs. Plenty of parking under the house. Perfect for large gatherings or just a quiet get-away to watch the waves.

Best location on the island. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops (clothing, ice cream, coffee, candy) and grocery store. Beautiful view of the ocean and pier. The house was everything that we hoped for. Coming into a pay it forward house was wonderful. Smoothest elevator in a beach house was invaluable for Grandma, luggage and groceries. 3 generations enjoyed the ease of being in walking distance to nearly everything. Deck furniture and bed mattresses were STELLAR! Last, but not least, Koby the water dog got to come too! Thanks for a much longed for superb week atthe beach!!
