Nice stay at the beach

Well as our luck would have it cold weather followed us to the beach. At least we had a nice place to stay inside and keep warm.

Fun and comfortable vacation condo!

We had a wonderful time! It was great being right on the beach, and close to restaurants. We had everything we needed from the kitchen to make breakfast and lunch.

Great vacation

We loved everything about our stay here. The host was extremely supportive and accommodating. The view from the balcony was amazing. It was very easy to walk out to the beach. This is a great place to vacation!

Beautiful beach vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The view was amazing. Location was great. The condo was cute, clean and had everything we needed. There was an issue with the Internet on the first night but property management was already aware of it and got it taken care of right away. Property management was responsive, had good communication and even sent a gift for the inconvenience.

1st Time in Jacksonville Beach

Great location, steps to the beach, walkable to lots of restaurants. Hosts were very easy to interact with and very friendly. Condo would benefit from a refresh & upgrade to better reflect the rental fee. It’s a bit small if four adults were to visit.

The condo was perfect size and layout for myself,daughter,her husband and 2 kids. Plenty of room not to step on each other. Beds were very comfortable. Location to beach …… out the door 3 minute walk. Close to restaurants. It was perfect for us.

This a great 2 bed/2 bath condo on the beach. Very nice to have designated parking spot. The unit was clean and well equipped. It would have been a fabulous trip but the weather did not cooperate, very sad

Staycation on a Holiday Weekend

I would recommend this condo to anyone and would love to stay here again. Our questions were always answered quickly and I was very surprised at how quiet the beach area stayed in front of the condo for it being a holiday weekend. The pool becomes shaded by the building certain parts of the day so it was perfect for our 8 month old son. We had a great time and the condo was perfect for our family. The extra beach towels we got to use were a bonus as well. Don’t hesitate to book!

Needs a facelift

The sleeper sofa was actually just a futon. Room fir one person. so 3 people slept in a queen bed. I thought both bedrooms had king beds, only one bedroom was king. A coat of paint would work wonders. The bedroom furniture was just the sauders type, cheap, but did the job. The living room had a futon sofa but was fine for a sofa. The sofa and 2 chairs were all different materials, didnt match. The kitchen was stocked well enough. It was nice having 4 chairs on the balcony. The view from the balcony couldn’t have been better. The access to the beach Was right there which is a beautiful clean beach

Great view, close Mayo

We booked this for my testing at the Mayo Clinic, which is only about 6 miles away. The veiw was amazing, the unit was clean and comfortable. Communications with the property manage was easy and quick, she was very understanding of my needs and helpful. For those looking for a stress free place to retreat to while dealing with medical issues at the Mayo Clinic, you couldn't find a better place. I highly recommend it.

We had trouble with elevator. Property management was on as quickly as possible. Unit had everything

Neighbors had a barking dog on one side the other side several doors down continued to be a nuisance with call in about smoking we had insense not a smoker. There’s no way the balconies are built to even bother the next person let alone door down. The unit was excellent and the host great
